DELIVERY POLICY

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders, upon successful payment, are processed and delivered within 2-5 business days. Our delivery service is in operation from Mondays to Saturdays, every week.

Kindly ensure that a representative is present during pickup to prevent any complications.


SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We currently ship products only to Malaysia via domestic shipping.

The shipping rates are the same for both West and East Malaysia.

Purchases that amount to more than RM 300 are entitled to free shipping. Any purchase below RM 300 is subject to RM 15 additional shipping fees.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Upon payment confirmation, we will process your order and send the delivery consignment number for the order to you via e-mail.

You can monitor the status of your parcel location by visiting our delivery service’s (GD Express) e-tracking page at www.gdexpress.com/malaysia/e-tracking and entering the consignment number.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

JSI GLOBAL SDN. BHD. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


DAMAGES

If you received your order in damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly (contact details here) to lodge a report, after which we will investigate the matter.

Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

As of the moment, we do not provide international shipping to countries outside of Malaysia.


RETURNS POLICY

Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more details on our refunds and return policy.

In the event that the customer has received the product and deems the item as defective or not as described in the product page, the customer is advised to contact us via phone, Whatsapp, or e-mail and provide details on the invoice as well as other relevant information, including your preference for a full refund or item exhange. We typically will get back to you within two (2) business days.

Kindly be reminded that the item must be in new and unused condition, with no damage to the packaging seal. If the claim is deemed to be valid for return, the customer is required to ship the item attached with the sales invoice back to us at the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method when mailing your return.

Upon our receipt of the return parcel, please allow us at least seven (7) days to inspect the return and issue the refund or exchange.
