Flowable Dual Cured Core Build-up Resin

Core∙it® Dual is a dual-cured composite material for use in the fabrication of core build-up and post cementation.

APPLICATION

Cementation of root posts

HOW TO USE

Cavity preparation.
Post try-in.
Apply etchant (FineEtch®). Wait 15 seconds.
Rinse for 10 seconds. Blot excess water using a cotton pellet or mini sponge.
Place 1-2 drops of EsBond® into a mixing pad. Place an equal number of drops of EsBond Activator™.
Mix contents for 1-2 seconds with a clean, unused brush tip.
After blotting, apply 2-3 coats of mixed adhesive system to the etched surfaces for 15 seconds.
Air dry for 5 seconds.
Curing: Chemical cure (Self cure) - 4 minutes
Light cure - 20sec @ 2mm
Matrix placement.
Placement of Core∙it® Dual.
Curing: Chemical cure (Self cure) - 4 minutes
Light cure - 20sec @ 2mm
Polishing.
Finishing.
