Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
MAKING A COMPLAINT
If there is something you are not happy about with your purchase, you may reach us either by phone call, Whatsapp or e-mail.
You can contact us through our office landline at +60 3 7499 2666 or e-mail to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also choose to call, Whatsapp, or e-mail directly to any of our agents as listed on our Contact Us page.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your invoice as proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Please allow us at least seven (7) days from the date of our receipt to inspect the item and process your refund request. We will notify you of our decision to approve of your refund by Whatsapp and/or e-mail.
The issued refund amount takes approximately thirty (30) days for our chosen payment gateway, Senangpay, to process. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Goods in used condition or of which the packaging has been opened.
